Commercial Appraisal Costs and Fees

Every appraisal is different, and thus fees are quoted individually on a per-job basis. Generally the price of the appraisal depends upon the number of properties and the complexity of the assignment. Appraisals used as evidence in court cases command a higher price. Our fees are calculated based on the number of hours it takes to complete a report, the fee structure of personnel involved with modification for overtime, and for rush assignments as required.

Commercial Appraisal Turn-Around Time
Commercial appraisal delivery times typically range from two to four weeks depending upon the complexity of the property and your needs. A commercial appraisal requires one to two weeks to perform the research, verify the factual nature of the information, conduct a market study of the area and compile the report. Typically, delivery times less than two weeks are rush orders and will command a price premium.
