Kranstover, the sole proprietor of the business, is a State Certified General Appraiser and has had a great deal of experience appraising all types of real estate including land, condominiums, homes, commercial property, special-use property, and apartment buildings typically for financing purposes, divorce, estate and lawsuits involving real estate throughout Summit and Wasatch County.

William Kranstover began his appraising career in San Francisco working for Home Savings and Loan, where he received a California license. He transferred to the state of Utah in 1981 where he started his own company. He is well respected throughout the community, winning the Meritorious Service Award presented to him by the Park City Board of Realtors in 2012 for his continued service to the community.
